Ken’s Sewer Service was phenomenal. They got us in quickly, George fixed the issue and explained to the tenant how to avoid this from happening in the future. Having quite a few rental properties we have used a number of other sewer companies in the past and this by far was the best experience we've had. Exceptional service. We will use them for future issues.

Had a new dishwasher that wasn't draining properly and an old upstairs bathroom sink that was leaking down into the basement. Ken's Sewer showed up and made everything right and brought my old, leaky plumbing up to code and corrected all mistakes made by handymen in the past. They do things right the first time, and the price was very fair, considering all of the work that needed to be done. They also found a problem with the connection between the plumbing and my brand new dishwasher. I would not have noticed it if they hadn't been so thorough and attentive, and so I called the original installer to come back and make things right under my warranty. I can't say enough about the high quality of their work, their friendliness, cleanliness and professionalism.

Chris and Angie were wonderful! Very personable, trustworthy and with a high standard of plumbing knowledge. They gave me tips on other potential jobs that I probably need to do sooner than later. I highly recommend both of them! Thank you.

After discovering a backup at our sewer line and water on the floor on a Saturday morning, I called a few places trying to get someone out to get it fixed. Joan at Ken’s was the first one to actually answer the phone and try to schedule us. Amazingly, she was able to get George out to us in an hour. George was so friendly and knowledgeable and was able to fix things right away. Pricing was reasonable- no gouging for a weekend. Amazing to get this kind of service any day, but especially on a weekend. Thank you!
